How to use:
- Separate the fan strips either by hand or by using your tweezers or a lash brush
- Lay them on a Silicon Lash Pad or tape to a lash Tile
- Pick up the fan by gently grabbing the bottom of the fan
- Dip in glue, then apply
- WATCH THE MAGIC HAPPEN :)
